E-Cards
You wish to send an orignal and never seen e-Card to your customers or business contacts. Send a surprising animated e-Card.
This electronic card will be customized to your color, logo, etc.
You can choose whether the card is:
- directly send to the contact's mailbox*
- or
- on a webpage (mandatory for an animated e-card): the contact receive an invitation to visit the webpage by e-mail
This e-mail can also be specially customized/designed for you :
To send the e-card by e-mail, you can choose amongst several method :
1. You send your e-card
We provide you:
- the e-card by email : you forward it to your customers/contacts*
- usefull files to be used with your sending engine (e.g.: emailing software)
2. We send your e-card
In this case, we use our e-mailing engine with the hereunder features :
- mail merging: language, Dear Sir, Dear Madam, etc.
- statistics reports
- managing bounced email: out of office, unknown email, etc.
- removing multiple occurrences of the same address
Needed file format to input in our e-mailing engine : MS Access, Excel, CSV. Other format on request.
* Can be stopped by any ANTI-SPAM systems on the destination server.
Creation steps
- Meeting / Brain-storming on the content and forms
- Graphical material collection (logos, pictures, texts, photos, …)
- We suggest a mock-up for approval
- Creation screenshots and all graphical items for the E-card
- Animation & sound
- Final presentation to the customer
- Fine tuning & tests
- Time delivery: 15 days after material collection
